Shipping costs

One set of four placemats is $44.99. Three sets, or any combination of items totalling $100 or more, ship free. Two sets come to $89.98, so they ship at the $7.99 flat rate.

Processing

We prepare orders within 1-3 business days. The moment your parcel is with the carrier, a tracking link arrives by email. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery times

These timings are typical, not guaranteed. Storms, holiday peaks and customs inspections can occasionally add a few days.

Duties and taxes abroad

Parcels delivered outside the United States may attract import duties or taxes set by the destination country. They are not included in our prices or shipping fee, and the recipient pays them.

If something goes wrong

• No tracking email yet? Look in your spam or promotions folder first, then write to us and we'll send it again.
• Tracking hasn't changed? Carriers sometimes scan in batches, so allow a couple of business days. If it still shows no movement, email us and we'll take it up with the carrier.
• Marked delivered but not there? Check with neighbours and any safe places around your door, then contact us within 7 days and we'll open a claim.
• Parcel returned to us? If an address problem sends it back, we'll email you to arrange sending it out again.

Changing your address

Email info@hyssopdell.com as soon as you can. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it straight away. After dispatch, we'll do what we can with the carrier, though a change can't always be guaranteed.
